We are intentional with our internal staff selections because we understand culture + connection produces great results and we want to share that with our job seekers and partners. Not only do we believe in what we teach, we practice what we teach! Our leadership and training team includes a well-educated group of individuals that have more than 100 combined years of experience in education, non-profit work and Corporate America. Out of six people on our training and support team, we have a team member with a PhD, three team members with master's degrees, and the remaining two have bachelor’s degrees. Majority of our work has targeted students from low-income communities, along with what can now be defined as the Opportunity Youth Sector.
