Soft Skills in the Workplace: Teach Opportunity Youth critical thinking, adaptability collaboration, problem solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills necessary for productivity and a successful business.

Goal Setting Support: Coaches will ensure verifiable trajectories towards a certain objective, with clear milestones and an estimation of the goal’s attainability.

Financial Literacy:  Peer-to-peer education to provide accountability and help develop money management systems to organize and plan toward young adult’s future.
