We have found that evolution and innovation add tremendous value to sustainability in the non-profit space. Being ever mindful of this dynamic, the idea of evolving and innovating was a key influence for adjustments being made for Gifted as the end of 2015 neared. We began to finalize key decisions to innovate and generate revenues while expanding the impact of our resources for students. The end result centered around three key areas that encompass the core of our offerings: Programs, Products and People.
